Pro-Tech Heating & Cooling provides residential and commercial HVAC services, including but not limited to: installation, repair, and maintenance of heating systems, air conditioning systems, heat pumps, ductless mini-splits, indoor air quality solutions, and water heaters. Service availability is subject to geographic location, technician availability, and other operational factors.

By providing your mobile number and opting in to receive text messages from Pro-Tech Heating & Cooling, you agree to receive automated marketing and transactional SMS messages. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. Scheduling

Appointment requests submitted through our website or by phone are subject to confirmation. An appointment is not confirmed until you receive a written or verbal confirmation from a Pro-Tech representative.

Cancellations

We ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in a cancellation fee at our discretion.

Access to property

You agree to provide our technicians with safe and reasonable access to the property and relevant equipment at the agreed-upon appointment time. Inability to access the property may result in a trip charge.

Estimates

Estimates provided verbally, in writing, or via our website are approximations based on the information available at the time. Final pricing is determined upon inspection of the actual work required and may differ from the initial estimate.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Financing options are available through our third-party financing partners, subject to credit approval.

Returned payments

Returned checks or declined payments may be subject to a returned payment fee. Unpaid balances may be subject to collection proceedings.

Labor warranty

We stand behind our workmanship. Labor performed by Pro-Tech technicians is warranted for a period as specified in your service agreement. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, unauthorized modifications, or acts of nature.

Equipment warranty

Equipment and parts are covered by the respective manufacturer's warranty. We will assist in facilitating warranty claims where applicable but are not responsible for manufacturer warranty decisions.

No other warranties

Except as expressly stated, Pro-Tech Heating & Cooling makes no other warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Pro-Tech Heating & Cooling shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of our services or website, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
