Technical performance tune-up procedures:
- Test in heat cycle
- Inspect heat exchanger
- Test and adjust blower components
- Test operation pressures
- Test starting capabilities
- Test operation of motors
- Test and check safety controls
- Inspect filters
- Clean condensate drain
- Clean and check condensing coil
- Lubricate necessary moving parts
- Calibrate thermostat
- Check for proper air flow
- Measure temperature difference
- Check expansion valve
- Inspect evaporator coil when accessible
- Verify gas pressures
