So far so good! Had a furnace installed in December of 2016, came back a second time to finish chimney sweep, and a third to fix a bad water pump. My experiences with the technicians and Andy were pleasant. When the water pump went out,my basement got some water in it, Andy said if there were any problems as a result that he would get it taken care of. My 98 year old Grandmother’s heater stopped working unexpectedly. Pro-tech had a tech out the same day to check on the problem. They determined that because of the age and unavailability of parts, the heater needed to be replaced. Justin and Kevin showed up the very next day and had the new heater installed within 8 hours. They were very courteous, professional, and respectful of my grandmother and her space. They took the time to do things safe and correctly, explaining the entire process along the way.
They installed a new heat run, an intake and exhaust, condensation pump and line, as well as upgrading out hot water heater exhaust and chimney liner, all in 8 hours. Very efficient, and they left everything cleaner than they found it. They even took time to show me all the work they did, where all the shutoffs were, how to change the filter, etc. I appreciate very much the great quality, fast turn around, and excellent customer service.

The condensation line used to run across the basement floor but they ripped it up, installed a pump, and now it runs along the ceiling.
